Frequently asked questions

Yes. The quiz and your result are free, with no signup: your season, your six best colors, three colors to avoid and two close alternatives. We are also developing an optional paid PDF report. It is not available yet and we are not charging anything today.

No. The quiz is ten multiple-choice questions about things you can check in a mirror, like your wrist veins, natural hair color and eye color. Your answers are scored in your browser and are not sent to our servers. We only receive an email address if you choose to join the early-access list for the report.

A quiz is a guide, not a diagnosis. Self-assessment depends on your lighting and on how you read your own features, so a result marked Close call means you sit between two seasons. Compare both palettes in daylight, and consider in-person draping if you want the most precise answer.

Seasonal color analysis groups palettes into four families, Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter, with three seasons in each. Every season is placed on three dimensions: undertone (warm or cool), depth (light or deep) and chroma (soft or bright). The quiz estimates where you sit on those three dimensions and picks the closest of the 12 seasons.

The planned PDF report compares your top two candidate seasons and explains which of your answers shaped the result, then adds a 48-color shopping palette with hex codes, a makeup and hair color shopping list and a capsule wardrobe checklist. It is still in development. Join the early-access list from your result and we will send one message when it is ready, with the $12.99 early-bird price held for you.
